Purchased a vacuum sealer and the order/delivery process was excellent. Had a minor issue initially setting up the sealer but contacted Steve and the problem was very quickly resolved. Can't fault the service I received and machine has been working fine.

After a couple years of use one of the parts on my sealer from PackSealer wore out. I contacted them and they looked at the machine over the phone and sent the replacement parts out same day to arrive the following day. The advice from Chris and how quickly he sorted everything out was great. Would highly recommend.

We were experiencing problems with our heat sealer, we contacted the original company that we bought it from ( major catalog distributor) and they said that they had never heard of the issue. We were annoyed as we had had to replace our previous heat sealer because of the same problem. On the off chance I decided to call Pack Sealer to see if they had cross across our issue. Got through to Chris and Steve and immediately they said 'Ah we know exactly what you mean' which was such a relief. They talked us through how to resolve, we followed their instructions and within a minute our problem was solved and the heat sealer was back to working as normal. They didn't have to they could have quite easily have said that we needed to replace our equipment as their business is selling heat sealers! But they chose to be honest and helpful which is such a rarity nowadays and is deeply appreciated. Thank you again both for your help and support I really wish there were more people in business like yourselves.

Heat sealer bands snapped and put a total halt to production as ran out of spares. Chris met me at his premises well after business hours, 19:30, to get our business back up and running. Great customer service and appreciate the help and being willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Thanks.
