Had some engraving done and he's done a brilliant job, couldn't be happier with it. Really helpful with another enquiry and reasonable prices! 1st time using pads and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend them. Friendly staff who held the door open so I could get through with my pram.

Went in the other week looking for a specific washer which I needed for a bike rack. He never had any in stock but asked me if I could use a hardened plastic one rather than a metal one, which I said yes. He proceeded to make me more than enough using his 3D printer and never charged me for them.

I’ve been in and bought leaving presentations for people before, all of which have been of the higher standard.

Couldn’t recommend this shop anymore than I am now. Quality 5 star ⭐️ service from the experienced staff who go out their way to help.

While doing a project at the Beacon, in Catterick Garrison, for the 80th anniversary of D Day, I had initially gone to Timpsons 6 weeks ago to get 2 plaques made up, after constant inquiries I found out yesterday that the order had not gone through, so with 3 days left I went to P.A.D.S, explained what happened and the importance of the plaques and, not only did he immediately agree to have it done in time but only charged half price, I will never again use Timpsons and will always go to P.A.D.S

I absolutely love this shop! Every time I’ve been in, the owner has been such a massive help. Yesterday I popped in to pick up a beautiful engraved christening bracelet I had ordered and saw a gorgeous personalised stool but I didn’t think I would have time to get it done but he assured me that he would get it to me somehow and he dropped it off to my work later that day!! Outstanding service and so very appreciated!! Thank you!! :))
