Great atmosphere, nice seating and great views all round. The staff there are passionate about their beautiful theatre. A cracking venue to see a show or comedy. Car park is a minute walk round the corner

Went to see Sleeping with Beauty and adult which was one of the best rib ticklers shows that we have seen for years. The theatre is small, cozy but very well run with bar, snacks and knowledge staff. Will be back to watch other shows when they are on later this year.

We were lucky enough to have both our wedding reception and evening party at the Palace Theatre.

Melody the Wedding Coordinator was absolutely fantastic, and we were given flexibility to design food menus, use the theatre spaces as we needed, and decorate to personalise our day. The bridal party used the theatre dressing rooms to get ready in the morning too.

Stage left was the perfect place for our party with a live band and a hog roast which all worked really well. The theatre staff worked very hard and made it very special for us. We had a perfect day in a wonderful venue. Thank you all so much!

Too much too young. Brilliant. Can't praise them high enough. Palace avenue theater on the other hand. Now I know that times are hard. I know that it is difficult in the current climate to make a living.
But!!

What can I say. Myself and my husband renewed our vows here yesterday and it the most fantastic day ever. The photos from the theatre are amazing, the setting provided fantastic pictures. Melody, Clive and all the staff worked so hard to make sure we had the most perfect day and we appreciate it so much, all the little touches were amazing. Renewing our vows on stage was just magical and having the whole day in one place was so much easier, we got so many great pictures from all the different areas. The food was fantastic and the service was brilliant. Thank you so much love suz and matt xx

What a lovely old theatre! Comfy seats, toilets and a bar. Parking is a bit tight as the theatre doesn't have its own car park but there is parking in the street and there is a carpark just round the corner from the theatre. There is a sign post to direct you to it.

oh wow yet another phenomenal night of music from the zoots.
just the perfect way to spend a night out. thankyou so much to maureen and the rest of the palace theatre staff for getting such a phenomenal band on the books. it was just the icing on the cake to see and talk to the band after. and to have our photos taken too. i would love to see the zoots back again this year .....if possible. absoultly love the palace theatre and the zoots.

Love this place, recently seen Paul Young here. Great little theatre. The staff are great ready and able to help with any needs. There is parking around the avenue buses and trains in town a short walk away from theatre. Enjoy the show
