Jamal and his team installed a beautiful Caesarstone in our flat. Jamal was responsive and attentive to our requirements. He even came twice to measure as we weren’t ready the first time.

When it came to the day of installation, his team managed through adversities (like a difficult staircase) and were very helpful when we asked for changes & amendments. They are also a super friendly crew.

We have had a kitchen refurb, and like most projects, costs were spiralling. It looked like we might have to downgrade the worktops, even with the deal our kitchen company offered. I found Palazzo just on a Google search, and went over to see them on a Saturday. Now, do not be put off by their offices which are on a small industrial estate. Go in and see them, and you will see that they know what they are talking about. We had seen a quartz we liked at another company, and Palazzo knew which one it was and were able to supply it, but for about two thirds of the price we had been quoted previously! They said that, once the kitchen was fitted, they could template, supply and fit inside a week. We were a bit doubtful to be honest, but they were as good as their word, templating on a Tuesday and fitting on the Friday. The fitters were friendly, fast and tidy, and the end result is absolutely lovely. I cannot recommend Palazzo highly enough. ( The pictures do not really do the worktops justice as the kitchen building is not yet finished, but believe me, they are stunning).

Excellent service from start to finish, cannot be faulted.
When we visited, we were met by Jamal who who supplied all the information we needed and more besides.
The templates were completed as arranged was the installation.
All the measurements were totally accurate no amendments were necessary and the installation was completely very satisfactorily.
The price was very competitive and we would certainly recommend Palazzo worktops without question.
