Here it takes long time to load and unload in our vehicle and here there is toilet facility and separate facility and then we have to weigh the cart and leave it at the weighing platform before entering the cart.

Just been back to load in Palm Paper after an absence of a couple of years thankfully the rude, ignorant guy in the gatehouse no longer works there. Everyone was really polite and the loading was quick. If you have been before and have been put off by bad attitudes go back and give it a go, it seems to be a totally different place.

I do not recommend for carriers, As long as you wait to check in, wait in the rain outside! it takes at least 3-4 hours to load, 1 hour waiting for documents. The driver works too hard for this load! It is even more difficult for trailers in Europe, which are equipped with more accessories, wooden planks, more straps, poles… When you ask the man on the loader he can't tell you how long it takes to start loading!

Start from the main gate staff the rudest uneducated Person ever meet in my entire life. Free advice to main gate staff will be great if we can start our conversations with ( GOOD MORNING, AFTERNOON,) end of the day we are human and we should treat each other like human doesn’t matter what colour is my hair or my skin.

"Pride of Kings Lynn" which begins with rudeness at the gatehouse, waiting a few hours for loading, then another few hours for documents.
Definitely one of the worst companies in the UK.
15 years behind a wheel all over the Europe and I’ve never seen such a terrible place.
I wonder if management knows what is going on there or pretends not to know.
Treating European drivers as an inferior just because they don't speak English well… AVOID

If I could give this place zero out of 5 I would. Wait 3 hours outside to be called in to get loaded and then when finally in to get loaded wait another hour and a half before they start. There isn't a shortage of hgv drivers in Britain, they're all here waiting to get loaded. Terrible place to come.

How you lot survie in business I dont know because getting tipped here is a joke and please dont blame the current situation becaise its always like it every we come here 5hrs before you even get ingo the place then your fast staff take even longer to get you sorted as they just walk around not caring.and all thw good reviewson here r prob from your own staff time you sorted the situation out complete joke of a place
