If i could give 0 stars, i would. Extremely poorly run company. Had requested a staircase built however owner demanded a deposit without receipt. The staircase was finally delivered 4 months later it to be fitted however it arrived too small. I was informed the fault was mine, dispite the owner personally having measured the staircase twice. When trying to follow up regarding the solution he either terminates or refuses to answer the phone. He is unreluctant to correct the situation and has suggested I can collect the 'short' staircase once I pay the full amount in cash. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!
