I ordered some card on Wednesday and my parcel was delivered via normal Royal Mail the next day. This is the second time i've used Paper mill direct and it won't be the last time i use them. I'm super impressed with the price, the quality of the card and the service. Thank you.

I don't know anything about paper but wanted something high-quality and glossy for some posters. I called their customer service number and spoke to a really helpful woman who advised me on a good paper to order. I was worried about wasting a whole pack if I opened it and it wasn't right, so they kindly sent me a sample sheet on top so that I could check the paper was what I wanted before opening the pack. A really helpful, personal service, I'll definitely use them again.

Service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered from Papermilldirect and although it can take a few days for delivery, I emailed them explaining I needed my package as soon as possible due to a last minute art course interview for art school. I received a reply quickly to my question via email and the company sent out my package by courier the same day which I received the following day. Was incredibly happy with the quality of paper and it was immaculately packaged. Thank you to everyone in your company. Will 100% be purchasing from yourselves again!

I recently ordered card for the first time from Papermilldirect. The card arrived quickly and was of high quality. I soon realised I needed more of the same navy card for my project, but it had been taken off the website. I emailed customer services, in the hope that they may have still have some left. Much to my relief, I received an email back just 15 minutes later informing me that they could assist, did have more of the card I needed and telling me how to order! Not only did I receive the extra card I needed, it arrived the very next day.

Absolutely amazing customer service from this company and I could not recommend them enough! I will definitely be ordering my supplies from Papermilldirect from now on, thanks to their high quality, quick delivery and outstanding customer service.

I ordered some small black cards and had no idea the quality would be SO good! I have been ordering from somewhere else and the quality was no where near as good. The cards that arrived so beautifully packaged for delivery, are thick and well scored for folding. I couldn't be more pleased. It makes an enormous difference. Massive thumbs up from me, and I shall be ordering all my paper requirements from here from now on.
