My family and I have been with this surgery for 5 years , really great surgery. I especially find Dr Adams and Dr Conlan very good , they listen and are very professional and very through. Some lovely reception staff , and some good services I have attended for cortisone injections and minor ops with Dr Adams and his trainees was fantastic very grateful to them for their help

I moved to Parcliffe a year ago and in that time I have been very impressed with the care I have received from all the professionals and the admin staff, and in particular Dr Grant who was very supportive in the Autumn and recently with Dr Adam. Who kindly diagnosed my problem and was able to administer a steroid injection at the same appointment.

Poor service. If I can provide 0 star I can, expect for 1 receptionist who sort this out. But the experience was horrible, I came for check up due to high Blood Pressure, then they told me the medication will be sent out to Boots, I went back and forth from Boots back to Parcliff 4 times just to found out that the medication was on their pharmacy which is Cohen. Worst I haven’t received any apologies at all. Ill be moving to a different clinic.

I moved to St Annes after many years in a country with an excellent health system. With so many negative reports on the NHS, I was concerned about the healthcare here but I could not be more impressed by Parcliffe Medical Centre. On every occasion I've been seen the same day, and all staff - reception, nurses, physician associates and doctors - have been aextremely helpful and sensitive. Thank you to everyone at Parcliffe.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and service I have received since joining Parcliffe Medical Centre. It has been an excellent experience from start to finish, and I would like to commend the entire team for their professionalism and dedication.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with two doctors at the practice, both of whom have left a strong positive impression. Dr. Adam was professional and responded quickly and efficiently in administering care. His promptness and competence have been very much appreciated.

Dr. Grant, with whom I have had more frequent interactions both face-to-face and over the telephone, has also been outstanding. He is not only professional and efficient but also ensures that I am involved in decisions regarding my care. His relaxed and amenable manner, coupled with his strong clinical abilities, have impressed me immensely. Dr. Grant's approach makes me feel valued and heard, which is incredibly important in healthcare.

Overall, my experience with Parcliffe Medical Centre has been exceptional. The entire team exemplifies excellence in patient care, and I am grateful for the high standard of service provided.

Joined this practice 2 weeks ago after 25 years elsewhere. Excellent efficient receptionists, nurses and doctors. Have been seen by 3 nurses 2 doctors and had an ecg straight away.
Very impressed with Parcliffe, I am thrilled at the care and support given and so pleased I made the move. Thank you.

Tried for 3 weeks to get an appt- LAST TIME 2.12.24 Phoned at 08.05. No 16 in Queue - Phoned me Back at 08.35. NO APPTS LEFT.
