Great local optician - very responsive and welcoming. My daughter had a specialist dyslexia-related eye test ... she was very nervous but Sarah put her at her ease straight away. Lovely premises, friendly staff - all great. Highly recommended!

Fabulous experience from start to finish: I received a thoroughly professional eye test where everything was explained step by step. Angharad was wonderful in helping me to choose frames from a great selection and ensured a range of prices were offered, together with detailed explanations of the choices I needed to make with regard to lense options. My glasses were prepared promptly and fitting was undertaken with care. Highly recommend.

Writing this review on behalf of my father. He had been told by his local optician that it was not possible to have bifocals as prescription too complex.
We decided to pay a visit to Park Lane opticians and saw Sarah who thoroughly examined his eyes and said her team would do some research to find a lab that could make the glasses.
This was achieved and glasses collected today. They were quite expensive but worth it. Dad is delighted.
The practice is very stylish and slick. All the staff have been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
You even get a cup of tea and chocolate.

Having already purchased my regular everyday varifocal lenses & frame from Park Lane opticians, I was so pleased with the quality of the lenses and frame that I went ahead with ordering prescription sunglasses. I’ve recently returned from 3 weeks’ holiday in the bright and sunny Greek daylight. I wore the sunglasss daily, and it’s the first time my eyes felt fully protected from the glare despite me having had prescription sunglasses made up elsewhere. The help and advice given to me by the team at this friendly family business was exceptional. I was initially reluctant to commit to the spend but I would say it’s probably one of the best investments I’ve made. I joined a plan to make savings on the second frame and provide other benefits to protect my eye health. Paul Merton provided a comprehensive eye test and Melissa helped me make a great choice with frames - and no pressure anywhere along the way to buy here.
