A small firm with a big heart.
As suppliers of sundries to all kinds of businesses, from Butchers & Cafe's, to independent shops, restaurants & cash & carries & more besides, no order is too small.
Nor is the customer.

They are well organised, offer fantastic service & always deliver promptly.

Beware of this company!
We are producing and distributing high end smoked fish products in the Caribbean. I ordered vacuum bags from them via my agent in England and shipped them to Grenada. When the bags arrived I was shocked. The golden backing foil is flaking off all around the bag and the punch hole. The bags were kinked on one of the three sides that were already welded, so they can never be airtight. So the bags were not only ugly but dangerous, as any product would spoil in no time without proper vacuum.
I sent them and email and complained but they could not be even bothered to answer!

Even giving the 1 star very difficult . I have ordered a sample items with next day delivery 3rd of Oct 24 still today not received and I paid for next day delivery.
The DHL delivered to somewhere else and they mentioned re delivered 28 oct 24 but not delivered. when I spoke to customer service they said that there not able to do apart from chasing DHL and cut the phone. The owner need to hire good customer service people.
