Recently ordered several lengths of steel angle which required holes punched in specific locations and cut to an exact length. The team was helpful throughout the whole process and the angles arrived properly packaged and exactly to my specifications.

Unhelpful, very rude, called in to see if I could get some metal parts made, lad I spoke to in workshop first was helpful, he took me to office and the next person was very rude, not interested, said no we can not do that without even looking at what I wanted doing. Asked if he knew anywhere that could help he just said no and turned around at his desk and left me to walk out.
