Bought 2 items from online shop and paid by card. This would be my second time buying from them. The first order went smoothly and I thought we could have a long term business relationship. Anyway, during checking out, I chose to collect the item from Redditch trade counter which is near my city, about over an hour drive. I got confirmation that one of items was not in stock but the other item was ready for collection.
Upon arrival the guys there were surprised I was even there to collect this item. Called Bristol and it got worse - the item which was confirmed ready for collection was not in stock either. Okay I was fuming. No fibbing cos I had wasted fuel and my time for nothing! I cancelled this order to get a refund and I left. This was on 4th December 2021. To this day NO REFUND, but a run around. Please can I get my refund? I didn't need to do this but your lack of attention to me gives me no choice.

The attitude of the senior goods in staff makes this location as a hgv delivery unpleasant. They treat visiting drivers with a attitude whilst constantly looking for any small issues to make a big issue. I swear some of them get their satisfaction by just being difficult. A couple of the lads are ok it's the more senior guys that are the problem.

Have used Patterson's for many years and always enjoyed a browse round the showroom, which resulted in me buying things. Called yesterday to find that the showroom is now closed and counter service instead. Unfortunately we were behind a couple who were buying quite a few items, only one person serving. Waited for about 10 minutes, without any sign of being served soon, so we left and ordered the items we required from Amazon.

We've been ordering our cleaning supplies from Patterson's for many years and they have always offered a great service. They help us if we have any product enquiries, and the delivery is always very simple. Any miss-orders are returned without any problems..

I have been ordering from Pattersons for approx 2 years, there has been the odd hiccough but saying this it is usually the supplier they are ordering from or when a system has been changed within the company and when there has been a problem the account manager has bent over backwards to put right.
Customer service has been second to none and the delivery drivers have been receptive and helpful too.

Worst experience ever. Ordered my student pack before checking in turns out there is nothing in my room. Emailed them and theres no reply, tried to called them few times and the lady was not intended to help at all, she just simply answered that she has no time to check the email. I came from far away and after a long flight, and I dont even have a pillow and blanket to sleep with. I am definitely filing a complain about this.

A pretty terrible experience from start to finish. We placed an order for a new product, the wrong product was sent, we sent it back, then half the order was posted back to us again! They claimed some of the product was missing hence the reason they sent one box back. Thus began a protracted and difficult discussion with their customer service manager, it wasn't until we physically counted the number of products out over the phone and sent photographic proof that the company admitted it was their error and we were allowed to send it back. We then spent about 2 weeks chasing up the rest of our refund. Needless to say we won't be working with this supplier in the future.
