Paul, Antony and Connor did a fantastic job with our new bathroom. The finished result is stunning and completed to a really high standard.
They were thoughtful (working around school runs), polite and nothing was too much trouble.
It was a big job that involved pulling down walls and replacing rotten flooring but it was still completed within 12 working days. And they left no mess behind at all!

We have just had a downstairs toilet installed by Paul Lucas. The workmanship and quality of installation I cannot fault. Unfortunately customer service was lacking, at times I didn’t feel like the client and Helen put me in my place a couple of times even though all the issues were down to them not us. The reason for the lower rating is also due to invoicing issues, communication style about the cancelling of our original installation date with 3 days notice, lack of transparency failing to communicate we were paying for labour directly to the installer who is not VAT registered and charging us labour and VAT on the invoice, taking an upfront deposit covering all their charges leaving labour outstanding. This meant the installer didn’t get paid until January when Paul Lucas were back from their Xmas break and generated a correct invoice.

The whole process was extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. Olivia took time in helping us choose the right products for the look we were after. We recently had our bathroom renovated by Paul Lucas and we are very pleased with both the results and the whole process.

They were swift in producing CAD designs and quotes, and were quick and responsive to any changes we requested.

When it came to the actual fitting, Anthony and Martin did a fantastic job. They were very pleasant, polite, and skilled. I was away for a lot of the build and they kept in constant contact with me throughout to reassure me of progress and to ask any questions or clarifications they had. They continued to remain in touch afterwards just in case any problems arose. There was one minor issue which they came on solved the very same day. Great service, Ant and Martin are a credit to you!

We recently had our en-suite bathroom redone by Paul Lucas, and we're thrilled with the results.

They replaced the old bath with a new walk-in shower, added a countertop sink and large mirrored cabinet, and with the black fixtures and marble tiles we chose everything looks really stylish.
