We find ALL the staff absolutely charming and very helpful. We have been visiting Pearce's for many years and have never been disappointed, with all the meat being of the highest quality. Last week was no exception when we bought a large piece of rolled sirloin which was absolutely delicious!

A proper traditional butcher. Always happy to give advice on which cut is best for you and ,if you need it, advice on the best way to cook it. The queue on a Saturday morning tells a lot about the popularity of this establishment .

Best butcher this side of the mendips, I travel from central bristol to get all my meat here. It goes in on 4 legs and comes out on 2. All locally sourced these old-boys know the animal and the farmer the meat you're buying came from. Legendary meat. Sirloin Steak is a favourite, love the Pork Pies and I'm fussy. You'll not be disappointed been going for years, always the same and fantastic service.
