I have used Pearl since 2016 when a previous car developed dpf problems. Through the years (distance allowing as we live in Southampton) I have used them again and again. These guys know their stuff, they explain everything in detail and their prices are straightforward. You always leave with a smile. Highly recommended!!

From the moment I first called Pearl, trying to find a garage who could fix an urgent issue, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They fitted my car in the same day, clearly explained what was wrong, rang round to try and get the part urgently and for the cheapest price, and quickly and efficiently fitted it. They were very busy but still took the time to be friendly and put me at ease. It’s rare to find a garage with such genuine people, they’ll definitely be our first choice of mechanics in future.

Went in this morning to have my dpf fixed and honestly i am made up with the service i received. Paul and his team have fixed my car without the need to clean it or strip it out to be sent off. Paul explained everything to me and i felt very confident with him dealing with my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who has a dpf issue. Found these guys early afternoon on Saturday and my girlfriends car needed fixing, after being told from P&B up the road they couldn’t fix it till Tuesday and it would cost 200-500 to finish we went to find somewhere else and came across these guys! We were with them for no longer than 30-40 minutes and when we left the car was as good as new and cost less than a quarter of what the other garage said! I would highly recommend! All the guys were very helpful and very reasonable with price! If you have a regular garage but are not happy come and see these guys, no doubt you’ll be happy with the job they do!!👍🏽

Paul was so helpful and honest with his advice. Sorted out the EGR valve on my car and although it took longer than expected as it was in bad condition didn’t charge any extra. Would definitely recommend!
