Even with such an impressive range of gate styles, Penchards were nevertheless happy to tailor my suggestions to their design. Their service and workmanship was superb, from the initial telephone conversations, site visit, approval of drawing proposal, to the removal of old gates and installation which was seamless and efficient. Everything fitted precisely and looked exactly as I’d imagined. Their installers were professional, courteous, a joy to deal with.

Although waiting 3 months for the final product was perhaps a little disappointing, It was, like all good things really worth it in the end! Unsurprisingly high quality is deservedly in high demand and the final product was quite simply superb! I wholeheartedly recommend Penchards, I just couldn’t be more thrilled with the end result. Penchard have been fantastic from the initial contact to the finished job.

Work completed in a timely manner and the installation was superb, with a very knowledgeable and courteous engineer, very tidy too.

Penchard's team is amazing and creative. Not only did they deliver a truly beautiful product, it was well installed in spite of issues on our end. Their patience, humor, intelligence, and professionalism made up for the challenges we presented. The gate is at the back entrance of Denmans Garden here in West Sussex but it is elegant enough to be the gate through which the public walk when they enter the grounds...and it's tall enough to keep deer out!

Penchard were engaged to install three gates and a bollard system at my property. The project has been running now for over 4 years and still haven't finished their works. They damaged the gates and suggested reducing the price by circa £500 albeit the entire scheme is well over £100k. Even had to have my own legal team get involved to help move it along at my own expense and I still await a resolution. I would avoid them at all cost.
