I recently had to drop off a car at Citroën, and the car had to be in for a service, and the Sales team was absolutely fantastic—very helpful and professional. However, my experience with the Service team was disappointing. A representative had told us over the phone that we could drop the car off a day early due to staffing issues, but when we arrived, the Service team was arrogant and condescending. Overall, it was a very bad experience with the Service team, and I hope this can be addressed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service from Perry's Cars Bletchley. My experience has been plagued by significant inconvenience and lack of communication.

Firstly, my vehicle's broken alloy, covered by insurance through the dealership, faced unacceptable repair delays. Despite being scheduled for repair on Wednesday 21st, I only discovered on Saturday 24th that the necessary part hadn't arrived, leaving me without transportation and impacting my commute to work.

Additionally, the staff's frustrated response when I requested to speak with a manager was unprofessional and compounded my distress. This reflects poorly on Perry's customer service ethos.

Ongoing technical issues with the satnav system remain unresolved despite attempts to update the software. Combined with receiving a damaged vehicle initially, this demonstrates a lack of attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

These experiences have led me to reconsider renewing my vehicle with Perry's. The absence of timely updates and overall handling of my case push me towards selling my vehicle and seeking services elsewhere.
