I get absolutely fed up trying to find fault with this company but try as I might they always get my orders right.
Yesterday I ordered my cat's food and what happens? It was on my doorstep delivered by DHL this morning!...how on earth can I find fault with that?

Great service and easy to use. Search for the meds you require, add the number of tabs as per prescription and upload the prescription. Choose the delivery option, which helpfully advises deliver times. It took 2 days for medication to arrive and saved saved about £30 compared to buying at the vet practice. Good communication via email, so I knew the order has been approved and sent.

Shocking customer service, if there is an issue with your order, it doesn’t get resolved, and you will not receive your pets medication. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for an order where I selected speedier delivery. After contact with customer services, to chase order and still no tablets delivered! Because of this I have had to purchase additional tablets from my vets which has been very expensive. Second contact and after waiting a long time to speak to Miles customer service, he put the blame on me for the delay. Never experienced anything like this before. I will not be using again.

Delivery came the day after i ordered which is great. My dog loves the food, and we are already seeing an improvement in his weight, and he is only half way through the bag. Will be ordering again.

Don't buy from them. Their customer service is simply pathetic. My call was on hold for 30 minutes yesterday and no one picked up. Tried today again and the same result again. I don't think their customer representative guys are busy, they're asleep. Extremely pathetic!
