A wonderful tea room - highly recommend. Lovely service, with very accommodating staff and a good range of fresh food and home made cakes. We enjoyed the lite brekkie, ploughmans, coronation chicken sandwich plus pistachio cake, and walnut cake. Only very minor comment is they the sandwich could have done with a touch more filling. Coffee and tea options were great.
Dog and child friendly too, with some local wares for sale inside.

Such a lovely tea room. My husband and I follow a vegan diet so I rang them to check if they had any food for us. The gentleman was very helpful even offering to make something up for us. Parking was easy and we were welcomed in. All the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was yummy and well priced. We will definitely go there again if we are in the area.

Great visit to this gorgeous dog-friendly tearoom today for a light lunch.

The service was excellent and our four legged friend was made to feel as welcome as were.

The food was great as were the coffees. The pot of tea for two was presented in a fabulous tea pot with vintage style cups, cutlery and crockery.

The cake selection was extensive and beautifully laid out and of course we had to try some - I only wish I had bought more to take home.

I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Absolutely amazing breakfast. I had scrambled eggs on toast, best scrambled eggs I’ve tasted in a long time. Husband had full breakfast which was very tasty. All locally sourced foods. It was all served on hot plates which make a big difference. Thank you so much, will definitely be back.

Had my daughters baby shower here yesterday and I have to say everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had afternoon tea. There were 24 of us and there was so much food for such a good price. The service was second to none the decor is so pretty and the Petals was the perfect venue. Every single guest had rhe best time. 5 stars from all 24 of us. Will be seeing you for a roast soon. Highly recommend ?

Absolutely fantastic! We had one vegan and one gluten free afternoon tea, which were both delicious. The scones especially were phenomenal.

Contacted Petals on the off chance that they might have options available for us yesterday and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The owners are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

Great restaurant near Sandringham Estate. I recently visited Petals Tea Room for an evening meal with my family, and I was really impressed. I usually visit for their cakes but decided to try one of their new evening meals. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the friendly staff handled our large group.

Lots of good choice on the menu, the food was delicious with a fresh homecooked feel (there is plenty of farm fresh produce for sale to takeaway too) - they put just as much effort into their evening meals as their daytime offerings.

If you’ve only ever thought of Petals for coffee, tea and cakes, you’re missing out - definitely worth visiting for dinner too. For those looking for hidden gems with quaint atmosphere it's one of best places to eat in Norfolk.

Being under new management, I had been looking forward to trying Petals Tea Room's new offering. We arrived to a busy lunchtime having booked a table. We waited 20 minutes to order and when the drinks arrived my soft drink was actually something that wasn't on the menu, when I asked if I could have what I ordered, along with the uncertainty of whether there was any, I started to get the feeling that this was my fault. The food we ordered arrived almost 30 minutes after we ordered & it was served differently to the menu description, meaning I'd not warned them I couldn't eat peppers! The food was good. When it came to ordering more drinks & something sweet from the wide & excellent selection, we had to work to attract any attention. Even when we wanted to pay we had to interrupt the Manager / Proprietor? A lunch that should have been an hour was actually an hour & forty minutes. Maybe we will try again or maybe not, we didn't feel a warmth that would make us want to go back, the most polite member of staff was the youngest!
