Great sales team, clean building and range of used and new cars however there was 0 customer parking at lunch time and we had to keep moving our car. Staff should definitely have their own separate parking area

Went to showroom as were in the market for a small SUV. I asked a few basic questions but the salesman was less than helpful. They didn't have a car to test drive so walked out & bought a car elsewhere. I expected better of the VW Audi brand. Think you should take a hard long look at the way you treat new potential customers

Beware! I had an emergency with the engine in my car where the work was required to be done immediately and the car could not be driven. Luckily the local garage fixed the car the same day. I was unsure how to proceed with claims procedure and called and emailed Peter Cooper with no joy for over a week. When I called to claim on the warranty they didn’t want to know as the work had been done due to an emergency. They promised to put me through to the technical team and then kept me on hold for 35 mins before hanging up. These warranties are not worth anything, I bought the car 4.5 months ago and am now out of pocket for part that should not have broken so much for the peace of mind of buying through a dealership - Peter Cooper!

We were looking for a certain make and model of SUV and whilst on holiday down on Dartmoor found one on prestige cars at Peter Cooper Hedge End.Spoke to Andy Innis and he sent us a video of the SUV.When we got back from holiday we drove down to Southampton and test drove the car and our now the proud owners of a pristine condition car,Andy was absolutely brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. Awful customer service went in today as a walk in. Had to wait a while to speak to someone fair enough as we had walked in but receptionist was not warm and welcoming it was like we were a massive inconvenience. We managed to see a car ourselves we liked and wanted to test drive (literally 5 mins round the block)
Salesman was really pushy we were told we can’t do that and that we have to have an hours appointment to drive and then buy we said we might not want to buy immediately but were told we can’t do that, everyone drives and then buys that is normal, he really acted like he couldn’t be bothered with us and reminded us lots of times how busy they are with a vip event this week and made us feel very unimportant, an inconvenience being there and if we weren’t going to buy immediately why were we wasting his time!
Honestly if we had liked the £40,000 car we probably would have purchased we just didn’t like the assumption that if we drove we had to buy, but definitely not buying now and definitely not from him!

Sales service has been outstanding, both Barry & Chris went above and beyond when my brand new Passat had serious issues and arranged another new Passat in exchange.
The service team however are a different animal. So bad in fact that when serious issues developed on the second car their customer service has so far been appalling. No communication, no car. I have no confidence in the service manager or the car or that the issues will be resolved. In fact if I hadn’t had video footage of the many error messages I suspect the service manager would be denying a problem exists. Beyond disappointed!
