Visited the store to buy some fish for my tropical aquarium and had the pleasure of being served by Taylor. The advice and help I was given was exceptional. Great knowledge and professionalism. The fish are loving their new home and I am very happy with the mix of Black Phantom Tetras, Cherry Barbs and Rosy Tetras. The only Asians in the store got followed around and when I I raised my concerns I was accused of stealing and was asked very rudely to leave and to not return then I asked them to show me the cctv footage of me apparently stealing and she threatened to call the police on me. Highly recommend that you stay away from this branch if you are an Asian. I was treated like a criminal even tho I paid for everything I picked up. I will not use this racist branch again.

Visited 30/001/21' to purchase a hamster. Got a lovely lil chap who is loving his new home. Have not named him yet as going to give a few days to settle in properly and see if he gives any clues to name him.

So I first came because of a rash on Myla’s stomach and ear. Myla already has minor anxiety so can take time to get used to new people and places. We entered the room with treats ready hoping to calm her and show her it’s alright learning her for the future. All he did was scare her following her around the room persistently when she was clearly already in distress. He then proceeded anyway while I was in the middle of trying to hold her so he could check her but as she struggled he accused her of trying to bite him... with no warning or even a noise and from open mouth? I didn’t really know what to say at that point just lost all confidence their knowledge I just wanted to leave. After sat for 5 minutes I was finally over charged and eventually left. Only registered because I thought taking her to the toy/treat bit regularly would make it a better time for her when using the vets. How wrong was I😂 Will be lucky if she doesn’t have problems when I take her to a proper vet. Who wouldn’t treat this lady with the love and care she deserves!! Never going back!! (Just for context she is 11 months old.)
