Superb customer service from Ged today. Came into store to purchase a budgie cage, was shown where to locate the cage and given information from Ged and advised to look at the app for further details on budgie care. Ged was really helpful, personable and kind enough to assemble the cage in store for use before collecting the budgies from wincanton making them easy to trasport. Thank you Ged .. Fantastic customer service!

Great shop with everything you could need for a wide range of pets. Third store has such a wide range of products at sensible prices. Staff here friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is also a vet service on the premises and plenty of free parking.
