5 STAR service all round. From the initial -very helpful- telephone consultation, all the way to super super fast delivery it was nothing but a 5 STAR service. Ordered Thursday AM and received Saturday PM. Can’t ask for more really can you. Heritage brass handles were super heavy, sturdy, and classy. What a hidden gem of a company. Will most definitely recommend to family and friends. Cheers guys.

I have used PHG (Period House group) many, many times over the years (I'm a small-scale developer). As a large stockist of From the Anvil items, which I love, they're always been my go-to for these items. Their prices are consistently excellent, their service good and they've always been super helpful when I've had a query about a product or delivery etc. I'd have no issue in recommending them.

Spent the best part of fifty pounds on a chrome plated door tidy and it has a dink. A small dink but a dink nonetheless. Unless advertised and sold as a second this doesn’t say much for their quality control. Will avoid in future.

After placing an order with PHG I heard nothing back for over two weeks. I then chased them up to be told something had gone wrong in the system and although my money had been taken the order hadn’t been processed. They assured me this was now resolved. That was a month ago and I still haven’t received my products. Very disappointing.
