We have used Phil two or three times now and he has been very helpful and persisted until he found a solution to our problems. We can't recommend him enough. He sorted out problems with new laptops and phones. I am sure we will use him again.

Phil visited our home at a convenient time, and almost at once diagnosed that an Old Drive was causing problems. He removed this and successfully transferred all the data to my Hard State Drive which has solved all the problems in just 3 hours.

Phil Jones is fantastic! Our Apple Mac was working ridiculously slowly then Phil came in and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fitted a new processor and then carefully rebooted all the apps, files etc. and made sure everything was working correctly The computer is now running really well; as good as new.
I found Phil's company on Google and phoned him to see if he could come to our house to look at our computer. He made an appointment with me and arrived very punctually.
In summary, Phil is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable.
