So thankful that he came out with a course on shooting wedding photography. Excited to keep coming back to these lessons over and over to stay inspired. JUST. DO. THE. COURSE!
The original course changed my working life. So obviously I needed to visit for part 2. And I’m so glad I did, Phil knows his stuff and has given me so many usable hints and tips and has re-affirmed some of my own working practices, giving me more confidence in myself. His no-nonsense, easy to follow approach is perfect. I strongly urge anyone who either needs to develop further or to feel like they need affirmation in what they already to, to do the course.

Wow, where do I start with Phillips courses?! As a hybrid shooter, it’s been my prerogative to learn from another videographer in order to elevate my films to the highest possible standard they can be, whilst simultaneously shooting photo and delivering a full gallery.

Having now worked through both of Phil’s film courses, every lesson has been totally invaluable; but in particular for me, the editing process and how to build your timeline was incredible - his first course looks in depth with this. Figuring things out myself in Final Cut Pro got me so far, but all of the tips and ticks he uses help truly simplify the process in a way that made total sense and has helped my films become much cleaner and more engaging as a result.

The business content is also incredibly useful and again can be applied to whichever client market you work with. His candid and genuine approach to sharing his years of wisdom was so refreshing in what can sometimes feel like a bit of a guarded industry. There’s no gatekeeping with Phil and you will absolutely take away so many useful tools in order to give you a seamless marketing, shooting and delivery workflow.

Phil is able to combine his creative and personable approach in order to speak to you in a way that doesn’t feel at all dry and really excites you for every stage of creating films - I’d 100% recommend his courses to anyone looking to push their photo, or film businesses to the next level.
