Having meant to get some of my A4 artwork enlarged and printed for a while, I finally went to Photogenic on the off chance. I spoke to the gentleman who knew exactly what I meant (which was good because I wasn't even sure what I was asking for). He gave his opinion on which papers he thought would best suit my work and went through some other options with me.

I was given digital and printed copies; five different images as samples on the paper we chose in A3. I got all of this plus friendly and professional advice for a very reasonable price. I am so pleased I stopped by, and I will be returning for more in the near future! Thank you - it was so lovely to see my artwork like this. I am very happy!

The gentleman was really nice as soon as I asked for an ID style photo, and when I got there it was a smooth process (and bless him for putting up with me and taking two more additional photos to pick the best one). Everything was done in less that 20 minutes and I'm very satisfied, couldn't recommend enough

Be very careful doing business with this place. I would say - just don't to save yourself time and money. I had the worse experience with them. I paid to get the job done, after 3 attempts the service was still not provided. I asked for a refund, they refused to pay me back for reasons that I am still confused about. I asked 3 times before I submitted the court claim. That forced them to pay me. I have my money back and I will definitely not be doing business with them again!

I got my film developed here, the price was good as this can usually be quite expensive (12 pounds for a roll of 36). It was done fast (2 business days) and the owner was very kind!

Great place, the gentleman helped my husband and I choose a frame a get a picture printed off - he framed it for us within 15 minutes. The price was amazing too - we will definitely use them again. Really happy - the customer service and friendliness compared to a few others we popped into beforehand (London Road/Bedford Place), was markedly different. Thumbs up!
