Whilst we were only looking for a bathroom suite supplier (installed ourselves using our own trades as part of a complete ceiling to wall to floor renovation), we’re very happy with the quality of the products supplied. We visited the showroom on 4 different occasions… looking at different ideas. With the help of Chris, we were able to visualise our ideas (provided Chris with near exact bathroom dimensions) and went ahead with the purchase, which included wall tiles from a selection on display. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the products supplied (extremely high quality, modern design, and well worth the long-term investment). Everything was delivered with care (well wrapped and packaged) as of when we needed each item (stored in their warehouse until we needed each item). For us, you don’t get this kind of service from an online only supplier. Yes, I would recommend this company!!!

Our bathroom was completed recently and I’m over the moon with it. Our old bathroom was shocking and being in a house which was built in 1753 and always comes with problems. Mark Escott was our fitter and have 100% effort and dedication giving me me my dream bathroom and calmly and efficiently solving any issues that my bathroom gave him! Nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed every day. The quality of the bathroom furniture provided by PHS was outstanding but Mark made it the success it was. Lovely job Mark thank you!

Friendly and attentive staff. I was having a new shower screen and I was looking for a particular type and I was offered an ex-display one at a really good price. My bathroom looks great. As good as when it was refurbished in 2010.

We visited the showroom and were immediately impressed with the help and expert advice from Tony. We chose everything on that visit, difficult with such an array of lovely items. Tony came to measure our bathroom and not long after we saw a 3D picture of what it would look like and loved it.
About 3-months later the amazing Kevin and Dave came and ripped out our old bathroom out in just 1 day. From the start the two were neat, professional, worked like Trojans, were always smiling and truly a pleasure to have in the house.
The bathroom is now finished and is absolutely stunning! We were very happy with the entire experience. We consider ourselves very lucky and are more than happy with our experience.
