Absolutely terrible company—avoid them at all costs. They exploit customers and their money (paid for orders they are not shipping for months & months) without a shred of morality, resorting to lies, sudden policy changes, mistreatment, and even harsh language. I've never encountered such appalling behaviour from any business. To top it off, they're currently under investigation. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company.

Awful company made a purchase in 2021 arrived in 2023. Doesn't anything more need to be said?.
Don't do refunds on hnt's so all in all a trash company, don't waste your money or time.

I purchased a kit from them through amazon, unfortunately there was a very small error, I contacted the deal promptly that immediately a provision was made and kindly solved my problem. Very impressed with Pi Supply. There were a couple of hitches with the order due to the holiday period and Royal Mail being... well, Royal Mail. Jacqui from the sales team was quick to respond to all issues and made sure the kit arrived in spite of everything.
The kit was extremely easy to set up and all the necessary leads and cables were supplied. I got it all up and running within a few minutes and it's now working great. Thanks!

I've ordered a Nebra HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner 19/04/23 for £309 It's 2 years ago and still haven't received it. I need my money back because I was meant to get it in 6 months.

Great product and excellent support.
I bought a PiSupply Zero which works really well, but didn't quite do what I was expecting or wanted. In an email exchange to support they made suggestions that I hadn't thought of and then even wrote some scripts to make it do exactly what I wanted. A very refreshing change from the usual.
I thoroughly recommend them and would buy from them again.

Briefly, I'll admit to ordering the wrong outdoor miner, for my region USA. 100% my fault there, but I was able to contact Jacqui, in the UK, and I can definitely say that my problem was identified and solved, within two and a half weeks.
To be specific, I was shipped a new concentrator, for my miner, and things went so well, I decided to send a great review.

Bought miners in February. Delivery was promised in April.
They moved it to June. It’s now almost July. My order has still not been shipped.
This poor choice of mine to order with nebra literally costed me like 10k. Horrible!
Do not over promise. Actually ship your orders and keep your promise!
