Having used Pins and Knuckles previously for embroidered Beanie hats and in need of a backdrop and shirts for the live campaign of our latest EP we went back to them for the aforementioned merchandise. As usual the customer service is first class and they are an extremely easy company to deal with both via the phone and email. Their attention to detail is first class and their assistance in getting the product how you want it second to none. A very customer focused company whom we would recommend to any band no matter how small the order to how big we are confident that they will not disappoint with their service and products.
