Always been shopping in pioneer for pork belly but this time it had strong bad smell so went there to exchange the guy in the customer service was really nice and helpful filled all my details and everything and we exchanged as well. however the second time also had and awful smell and blueish color in meat so went back again and exchange it but the LADY in the BUTCHER was so RUDE said that there was nothing wrong with the pork belly and gave me awful looks so in her opinion I can’t even comeback to exchange the food item that I paid for and bought from the store itself.

Tried to create an account an account here on 3 occasions, each time I get a message stating the request has been sent successfully and someone will get back to me by email shortly....it never happened! I sent a direct email to see if there was a problem or if our guest house was too small for them to bother dealing with...Still no response. Gave up in the end.

Terrible service in the cafe upstairs el, extremely slow no organisation .
Went downstairs for a breakfast box wich They served me containing sausage and bacon and said there was nothing else left . Should they not have said before they made it up .

Great place to shop, we bulk buy all our meats here and freeze them. Deli counter has a lovely selection too, cheeses are to die for! Always go over budget because everything looks so good. The 1878 coffee lounge is great too, lovely food at a reasonable price and great service. Today's special offer was hot drink and cake for £3.50... yummy! ?

Bought a ready made supposedly beef bourgeon meal.
Found it absolutely disgusting, full of fatty meat and even bacon!!
Gave up, could not finish my portion, and neither could my wife.
Extremely disappointed with Pioneer over this, especially when many of their dishes are superb! 1 * for this rubbish!
