I bought 2 pairs of Knox gloves.
Orsa leather, they arrived with a fault with the BOA system and were returned (fowlers bristol). The other set were the Zero 3 MK ll gloves, the lining isn't pinned so these gloves are a huge pain to take off and put back on. I expressed these experiences via reviews on their official site and none of them got published. I even went back and submitted additional reviews just in case there was a glitch and they never got published either.

Exceptional quality & super fast service.

I ordered the Knox Urbane Pro Shirt & Hanley gloves which were both true to size and the quality exceeded well beyond my expectations. The Urbane Pro Shirt was weighty and the quality extremely good. The design of the shirt is perfect for Australian conditions. Being made in the UK was
very appealing to me and the shirt felt like the perfect fit. I'm a healthy 6'6" and ordered the XXL and feels like it's going to last a really really long time. These are investment pieces that are very reasonably priced. I ordered directly from Planet Knox and can't wait to add to my collection.

As much as I loved the original Richmond jeans (perfect for my skinny legs) the mark 2 are even better! They feel softer, lighter, stretchier but with even more protection. I’ve even gone down a size so they look like totally normal slim fit jeans on me. Literally can’t fault them at all.

The customer service from Jennifer is perfect and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else when it comes to my bike gear.

Please do not make the same mistake as i did. I strongly suggest you to not buy from their website. Their only shipping option is UPS and they charge outrageous fees! As soon as I found this out i immediately decided to return it to sender and cancel my order. After that, Knox have deducted all those fees from UPS from my refund. Knowing in their terms & conditions that they guaranteed full refund and now I'm left with a fraction of what i paid for. In the end, I've wasted a lot of money from my savings.

I bought a pair of Knox Ivan Trousers from an authorised Knox stockist, Fowlers, Bristol. Within two months the stitching around the waist button had started to undo. I contacted Knox, they said contact Fowlers which I did. Fowlers said they didn't have stock to replace them, but I could get it repaired and the might pay for that? This is not acceptable on a pair of trousers costing over £150 after 20 hours wear. I contacted Knox by phone and email and have heard nothing.

Good products are delivered to Norway by UPS. UPS is lying every time they deliver a package to me, they think they have tried to contact me but I was unavailable. Planet Knox believes that there is no better supplier. I don't think so, but they have chosen the world's worst delivery company anyway.
