Extremely happy with my turntable dust cover. Far better quality than the one I had made locally 18 years ago and which cost almost three times as much back then!Superbly packed for delivery too. Needed a small amount of 2mm acrylic sheet and Plastic Online stock a wide range of sizes at competitive prices. Their website is easy to navigate and placing my small order was quickly completed. Deliver is quite expensive on small orders but for specialist products in small quatities this is acceptable.

Delivery was within a few days and the material is perfect.

My record turntable came without a dust cover and no option to buy one - unbelievable! Thankfully Plastics Online exists for exactly this sort of situation.

Ordering was so easy using the form on their website; pick what sort of item you are wanting from the menu, it then prompts you for the relevant measurements and makes it clear where these are internal/external etc. It quotes a price and if you're happy you can pay and wait for your product to arrive.

I realised soon after ordering that I had made a slight mistake, but a quick email explaining was enough to sort it out.

I have to say that customer service was superb, acknowledgement and communication fantastic - they clearly take great pride in what they do. The cover arrived in around a week which is brilliant for a custom piece.

My turntable is now protected and I think the cover really enhances the look. I'm very happy to recommend their service.
