Just tried to place an order which carried an extra postage cost which was fine, phone the company on an expected delivery date to be told because of brexit the company was not allowed to send to a Scottish island, Pmsl I told the young lady we are part of the uk, come on plastics direct if you are going to use an excuse not to send out think of a better one than that, shame on you

I couldn't believe how brilliant the customer service was with Plastics direct. Tehreem is the friendliest guy and went out of his way to help me source the product I needed to the budget I had understanding all the unusual requirements it had. It wasn't a straight forward enquiry and he was so patient and great at understanding and checking it all over, even though it wasn't a high end product. The package was really well packed too.

I was Landscaping a Children's Care Home in Oldham and needed their services at short notice. I found their whole operation from product selection, to ordering, to payment(competitive) and delivery to be nothing less than perfect.

Brilliant place. Owner cheerful and happy to advise and show you what you are buying before handing your money over. Good range of stock. I think the prices are better than right. Can't reccomend them enough.
