Well after doing a lot of research online, trying to find a reliable company, we settled on Plastil. That was a great move and we have received exceptional service both in pre-ordering and after sales service for the double driveway gates we purchased. We had a bespoke gate made by Plastil about 3 years ago and are very happy with it. At the weekend we broke a key in the lock and when we contacted Plastil, they could not have been more helpful in explaining how to remove the broken key. This saved us a fee for a locksmith. I would be happy to recommend this Company.

I have plastic gates that were not fitted by this company. A thief tried to force the handle and bent the bar that actuates the lock mechanism. I rang Plastil and got a replacement the next day for no charge. At a later date the lock itself broke leaving me with no security. I contacted Plastil, purchased a replacement lock, which I received by the next day. Given that I was not an original customer for the company's products I think this all shows a good attitude to after sales service.

Purchased a side garden gate, this was of the quality expected. However, we asked for fittings to be supplied and they were unbelievably bad, cannot understand how a company that supplies quality products would supply such inferior fittings.
