Play like mum have been helpful from start to finish. We purchased a beautiful pink Daisy chain pram which my daughter is in love with. It’s great value for money and the quality is great also.
Ordering through their website was easy, they were very efficient. Receiving the delivery was also very easy and straightforward. My daughter loves role playing with it. After a while two of the wheels kept coming off, I don’t think that’s through the quality of the pram it’s just toddlers being toddlers.
I searched high and low for parts elsewhere then decided to email ‘play like mum’ they were very efficient and helpful in getting back to me and are going to send out the spare parts in the post. I was over the moon and my daughter will be too! The pram looks just like the pictures shown too. Thank you again, fab purchase 5* review.

Well I would give this company 10 out of 10. For customer service and helpfulness. I ordered my granddaughters pram one day and got it the next. It is beautiful she will love it she is 8 so we got her the pinnacle with rose gold on. It is perfect.i would really recommend this company they go above and beyond to help you.

I bought the silver cross wave pram and accessories for my 7 yr old daughter and she absolutely loves it, so does my 9yr old daughter. They've played with it endlessly since it arrived. Easy to assemble and looks great. My daughter said it's easier to push as the wheels rotate, unlike her old pram. Excellent customer service from Kimberley, she replied almost immediately to my queries and delivery was super fast. We are very impressed with the products and service. Thankyou for making my girls so happy 😊 x

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
There was a problem with the delivery to a click & collect address that I had chosen. I rang the customer service team and spoke to Kimberley Marriott. I explained that I had ordered the pram in plenty of time for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow but had not had any notification that it had been delivered. Kimberley obviously had to investigate what had happened to the order but did not hesitate in arranging the delivery of another pram whilst she was carrying out her investigation. She went out of her way, working in her own time, to ensure that the pram was delivered today . I can not thank Kimberley enough and if the company have a staff reward scheme I would like to recommend Kimberley for an award, her customer service skills are absolutely exceptional . She is indeed a credit to the company and I will definitely highly recommend to family & friends.

I bought a Silver Cross Pioneer dolls pram bundle for my daughter for Christmas. Reasonable price, great quality, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service emails keeping in touch each step of the way.

We lost the milk bottle which came with the interactive Susie doll (Susie wasnt’t impressed) so I emailed and Kimberley offered to post a replacement out same day. By coincidence the company premises are 1 mile from our house so I took the opportunity to visit in person. Lovely team and my daughter couldn’t believe her eyes at so many beautiful prams all in one place. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from then again xx

Like an idiot I didn’t open my pushchair until close to Christmas, slight issue with pushchair so I gave play like mum an email, never expecting a new one sent. Within 2 days a new one had arrived but also told if it didn’t come in time for Christmas, my daughter could use it before sending it back so she wouldn’t be without the gift. Amazing customer service, super friendly and would 1 million percent recommend them to anybody!

I can’t fault Play Like Mum at all. I saw a pram that my daughter had requested from Santa back in October 2020, I emailed the company to find out when it would be back in stock. They kept me up to date with the progress of their stock and as soon as they arrived, I was able to order. I ordered two and a high chair for my friend’s daughter. They arrived quickly and we stored them away until the big day! Unfortunately one of the wheels were faulty but after a quick email, they sent new wheels out and we rectified the situation, along with a new change bag, that I had ordered via Amazon, and the stitching had come away. the customer service is first class and I would order again, despite the small faults. Thank you for the exceptional level of service you provide. Faults are ok when they are rectified so quickly!

Play like mum have exceeded all expectations. Their products allow children bigger than their age experience role play and continue being children. I brought my daughters pram a couple of years ago but was still able to purchase extras for it to enhance her play . The staff are super friendly and very very helpful. A very pleasant experience and will continue to shop with them . Thank you all !!
