I can't stress enough just how helpful the customer service team where when I contacted them regarding a piece of the water run that had arrived broken,
Literally so helpful, polite and professional they sent a message back to me within the hour! And had the part I needed delivered the next day! Talk about great customer care!
We have the plum sand tray and water run and I'd highly recommend both! my children have only recently had them as we've done the garden up, but honestly hours of fun on both, worth every penny. So if your thinking of buying t go em they are definitely worth it!

The products are great, we have a 8ft ground level trampoline. My son loves it. Unfortunately, they don't last more than 3 years in the elements. We bought a replacement instead of the jumping mat we got the surrounding padding. We had waited about a month. They did rectify the error and sent the correct item and let us keep the padding, which actually worked out well as it was deteriorating.

Do not buy products from this company. Appalling quality! The wood beam of my swing set has completely rotten, Plum have advised that it is so dangerous my children must not use it, however because it is 12 months out of the warranty period, will do nothing about it. Despite it being clear from the photographs that I sent, from the level of rot, this will have started within the warranty period. Avoid this company!!!

Where do I start!! Ordered a swing for my daughter, waited weeks for it to arrive, that in itself was no issue as times are different now. When it arrived it was damaged, scuffed and dented (see pics), I couldn't get through to anyone at Plum and had no response via email ( I still haven't had to this day, 3 emails later!) , didn't want to wait so begrudgingly put the swing together for my daughter to use, only to then find I had parts missing. The swing was delivered Mid June, I have still had no response, so have no choice but to name and shame publicly! Given Plum plenty of time to respond but still NOTHING!! Common decency and a response would be nice!!

Fantastic customer service, particularly from Alexandria. We bought a indoor/outdoor bouncy castle for my son's Christmas. We ordered well in advance and unfortunately the wrong item arrived. Alexandria was great in rectifying and the ordered item arrived the next day. Can't ask for better than that. The bouncy castle itself is fantastic for the money, it really has had hours of use already. Looking forward to the summer and getting outside. I'd happily recommend Plum Play to anyone.

Worst company ever only sent me part of my order. The delivery company lost the other part. Plum refuse to acknowledge this and won't send me the missing parts. DO NOT BUY FROM PLUM THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

An alert for stock was set when we decided to get remove our old pond. Rather than fill it in with soil we decided to use the hard work by fitting a trampoline. Luckily just before the weekend our landscape gardener was arriving we received a stock alert! I contacted Osi from the customer support department who reassured us that the item could be sent out that same day. Thanks Osi! The following day it arrived and over the weekend it went it. We had one small button clip missing from the order which was only for the netting pole cap - but when I spoke with Osi a replacement was sent out straight away. She’s always been a pleasure to deal with, being polite and friendly. The kids absolutely love this 8ft in ground trampoline and it looks great too! Thanks Plum

I definitely would not recommend this company. My experience is consistent with the other poor reviews in that I received the product with missing parts and all I've had back is a single emailed response which hasn't solved the problem. It's not possible to contact them by phone and since all of my other emails have gone unanswered I've had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card provider.

@Plum - if you read this could you contact me ASAP!

I finally received the product a couple of months after placing the original order. As mentioned their customer service is abject but we are quite pleased with the product, the only negative being the bolts that fix the seat to the frame which kept working loose but this was relatively straight forward to fix
