Our 3 and 2 seater settee and recliner chair were in need of recovering. After reading some literature, decided to have this work done by Plumbs. I would not recommend this Company to anyone else. The 3 seater settee does not appear to have been measured properly and the overall fit is very bad. The 2 seater settee was only a little more satisfactory. Words fail me with regard to the recliner chair. The skirt of the recliner appears to be a different colour to the rest and needs to be seen to be believed. Many phone calls of complaint were made but to date have never received an adequate resolution as Plumbs, without even sending out a qualified asesssor, have decided that in their opinion all work was satisfactory. It is NOT however satisfactory by my standards and expectations.

Went along to get some advice only to find it is the machinists place where they actually make the sofa covers etc., once material and order is sent from HQ. Sarah who attended us explained and arranged for someone to make an appointment to visit us which was arranged quickly. All good.
