Never trust this company. Completely a nightmare. When Polycote gives you a quotation, never trust it. They will double it in the middle of the installation. As they control the installation, they will force you to pay more and more. If you refuse to pay more, they will threaten to stop the installation. They also refuse to return and refund you any penny. They have several sales person tried to sell their products to you by all means. My original quoted price increased from £37k to £75k. They even did not send any surveyor to review why the price can be doubled. They have very good excuse saying it is good for you. Never trust them. The whole experience like a joke. We have chosen tiles for our project, which only cost us £25k in total. We will return their materials (cost us £30k) although the owner refused to give us refund. We will prosecute this company.

I sent the message below 9 days ago - interestingly got no reply. There's customer service for you.
'The order eventually arrived (~5 days after suggested arrival at ordering). I mixed can A with Can B (rather a bright blue...small problem) on Sunday 11 August....and I began painting a dairy wall - dry and dust free. After about 30 min the paint got thicker and thicker....and by one hour, the paint had set solid. I'm left with a part painted dairy and >£150 hole in my bank. Ugh...thanks for asking!

Supplied all the product required for the job and advice on how to apply it to get the best results. My approach, is to do a job properly the first time and it will last a lifetime. In this case I hope so as not cheap but the finishing touch to a new garage to house my company vehicle. Approx 35 sq/m, was able to do it alone, though would have been easier with a helper to get it applied quicker as it really does cook off in an hour once mixed! Looks stunning. 🙂
