I've used Pooleys from day 1 starting PPL training and highly recommend to all students and pilots I meet. Recently I ordered a new daily flight bag and the quality is fantastic, with a brilliant value for money cost. Very good! I was initially mistakenly sent a defective item which incurred the hassle of sending it back. This was bought as a gift. I complained about this and the business owner Sebastian Pooley contacted me personally to apologise and organised for a replacement to be sent on time, which Wendy at Pooley's sent over. I really appreciated this and it gives a very good impression of Pooley's. Thank you.

Most of what Pooleys do is First Class, high quality stock at the top of the aviation industry, WELL DONE. Unfortunately its 2021 diary falls short of the mark. Too thick [over 1.7cm] crammed full of material, most of it irrelevant. The old diaries were thin and fitted into an inside pocket. This thing would only fit into a large flight bag. Please go back to the original product, it didn't need changing.

I'm not sure how I can return the favour, but this is the best way possible. Due to a courier mess up with my delivery, I contacted Pooleys directly to resolve my matter. Tracy, went above and beyond to solve my matter. Pooleys provides quality documents for flying and is A* in customer service. Excellent customer service and good selection of pilot gear. Can’t fault these guys one but they even found a receipt for something I purchased 5 years previous for a warranty claim. Don’t forget the iconic Pooleys flight guide which was the standard for many years
