Phenomenal company, would recommend to all. I had an emergency with my PC, which I use for work, they had all parts on hand ready to go and took the PC in on short notice, diagnosed it and repaired it all within ~24 hours from dropping it off. Not only did they fix the issue but they also went through the rest of the PC and tidied any up incorrect wiring, fan curve speeds and gave the whole thing a clean.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and chatting staff with a great work atmosphere. Will no longer be doing any of my PC builds etc, will be using this company exclusively for now on. All products and services were extremely competitively priced.

If you're having PC issues or just want components/advice, use this company. 5 stars.

First time contacting these guys and I must say that the standard is set super super high ! I spent a literal hour on the phone to Antonio getting advice about a PC and best monitor that would suit me. Not once did I feel he wanted to get me off the phone. Super intelligent & professional. Steve and his colleagues were superb. Did a 1st class job on my son’s i9 gaming rig. All new components installed and new OS, fully synced fans and ARGB and water cooler. Cable management in an open glass is world class.

I've just had my 2012 desktop PC repaired (cpu fan) by PowerC. The PC was originally supplied by them as specified by me and has worked fine for 12 years. Obviously they advised buying a new one 'as it's a bit old', but they have repaired it, cleaned up the inside and updated some software. I'd recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service and I'll get the new one from them soon.

Power computing were absolutely brilliant when my gaming PC stopped booting. Incredibly polite and knowledgeable, they were able to suggest a fix quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair and upgrade process. The repair was completed extremely quickly and the computer has been running like a dream since! The staff are all absolutely brilliant too, incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer experience.

I would genuinely give them 10/5 if google would let me. I'll definitely be going back for any future PC upgrades.

Thank you to the fantastic team at Power Computing! I've recently had my computing upgraded to keep up to date with the latest 2020 software updates. After initially emailing PowerC with specifications for future software, that I intend to purchase; I received a quote back (same day) that included all parts & labour, inside my budget. Power Computing had all the parts stocked onsite & were able to upgrade my PC the same day! The PC now includes the latest Intel 10th Gen CPU, Asus Geforce 2070 Super GPU, & TUF Gaming Motherboard. All parts are guaranteed for 2 years, and the knowledgeable team are able to upgrade, fault-find, or build your PC exactly how you want it. If you're not particularly 'hardware IT' minded (like me), the team are really good at recommending products/upgrades to suit your computers use.
My PC now operates at an incredible speed and easily powers the programmes that I run on the computer, including high performance simulations such as Xplane & MS FSX. I've added the Samsung Ultra Wide 42" monitor screen for an immersive experience. I'm able to run the simulators on the highest graphics settings and the PowerC PC works beautifully. Quite simply, why go anywhere else!

I've had three previous PCs from PowerC over a period of more than 20 years and each time the customer service and product were second to none.

I've had my latest PC for a week now and WOW! Quiet, fast and is making photo processing an absolute breeze. My last PC from them was bought in December 2016 and it's still working, it just can't handle the editing software that I'm using now. The online specification and ordering process was clear and easy to use as ever, and within 49 hours of order, I went and picked it up 🙂

Antonio was brilliant and it was really lovely to find out that he's Tom's son - made me feel properly old, but so good to see a proper family business still going strong!
