Placed an order on the 3rd of April. Still have not received my order up to now. Left a message asking about the status of my order and still have not recieved a reply back.

Called in only to be told they have not recieved the stock yet and are still waiting for the stock to come.

It is very simple, give the customer feedback and at least update the customer and reply back to the customer so that they are aware on the status of their order.

Customer service is there for a reason. Provide it to your customers.
