Wouldn’t waste your time, needed some floor plates urgently, they promised to get straight back to me with a price, phone & email left, called following day to chase price explained urgent, once again promised to call me back in a few moments, called again end of day no reply. Constantly checked my email and phone, no contact at all, not even the courtesy of a phone call to say they are unable to help or there’s a problem.

Called another supplier, no problems at all, received quote over phone I placed order, paid and plates delivered in morning. How it should be.

Completely inflexible on lead time despite the small size of the job requested.

Arrived with the packaging and part covered in grease and dirt, surface rust already on the parts and some burrs that needed removing.

Considering how long they needed to do the job I would have though they could have spent some time finishing it to a decent standard.
