They are not even worth 0 stars..!
Terrible business, dishonest and failure to refund me £365 for a freezer that was never in stock. Poor excuse after excuse delaying the refund. Luckily I paid on my credit card and now recovering my money via Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
I have also reported the company to trading standards. People - don’t do what I did and ignore the negative reviews you will regret it. DO NOT use this company..!!!

Ordered and paid in full for an American style Fridge Freezer, gave a specific delivery date 3 weeks in advance, heard nothing, day before delivery due they told me they could not deliver! did they even have the thing? requested a refund as had to purchase from elsewhere, This was in October, still waiting for my refund (excess of £1000), every excuse given, do not answer there phone, in the end had to contact my credit card company and claim a chargeback!! Do not touch this company, you have been warned!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer services and failure to refund me £300+ for a fridge that never arrived. Do not use this company.

If I could score 0 I would took money for an item on 15/10/23 said it was in stock they kept giving excuses about supplier issues transport issues asked to cancel and to get a refund more excuses accounts aren’t hear, accounts are in later, it will be done today, this went on for over 2 weeks finally 23/11/23 I got my money back after u threatened to report them to trading standards, office of fair trade under the sale of goods act and to start a claw bank with my bank
These people are total con artists with no stock AVOID AT SLL COSTS
