After one month of chasing, email & phone calls waiting for a promised part, given an absurdly expensive price (5 times over market value). 1 week to respond, 2 weeks to get the part off the shelf and one week to "price up the item" even though it is apparently made in house.

Same part available from america was 1.5 month wait and even the postage was cheaper to get in the uk from america than these were charging mainland uk to mainland uk.

Avoid! Complete waste of time and energy!
