Stayed here overnight for a family event being held nearby.||We weren’t aware of the additional parking charge but at £3 for overnight, it’s pretty reasonable.||We had a room on the Premier Inn Plus floor, which was the first floor and we were quite impressed. Our room was spacious, very clean and such a comfortable bed with spare pillows. There’s a hairdryer and it’s plugged in by a mirror, with an overhead light and a full length mirror, which always pleases me. The shower was very good and decent sized towels. I always take my own shower gel and shampoo so I can’t comment on the stuff provided. We weren’t disturbed in any way by noise from either outside or other guests. ||My bugbear with Premier Inn is the rubbish wifi and having to pay if you want better wifi, decent wifi should be a given in 2025.||We ate breakfast at the Beefeater next door and it was a bit chaotic. We were lucky to get the last table as we weren’t aware we should’ve booked. The area where the hot food is kept is too small so queues built up, blocking the area around it. There were no pastries when I looked for one so I’m not sure how often they’re replenished. Besides all that, it was a tasty breakfast that kept us going until mid afternoon.||I would stay here again in a Premier Plus room as it’s well located for local family and was reasonably priced for an overnight stay.

Clean and tidy rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best access via car or taxi. Food at the attached Beefeater is very good. All you can eat breakfast is good with several options including vegetarian/vegan options too. Also an evening meal with 2 courses. Good portions, well cooked, friendly staff.
About 15miles from Oxford and 20 from Reading.

We stayed one night, arrived 9pm. Check in was easy and the man was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine.||Everything we expect and needed for a night over. ||Value for money. Was as we expected nothing more or less. Was slightly tired looking in place but think I read online they are renovating/decorating

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are ok, but the carpet is dirty, it really needs replacement. I was not expecting much, but the thing that really bother me is the wifi. I have never been so frustrated with speed since the 90’s it is awful. The staff member gave me a premium code which help for one day but it is outrageous they give you a ‘free’ wifi of not even 1Mbps. They just really want you to be miserable. Just for that they deserved a zero. The people working there are super nice though.

We have stayed in other local Premier Inns and this one is definitely the best. Despite being an older building than others nearby, the rooms are good. The best thing about it is how helpful and friendly the staff are. They particularly went out of their way to make my 3 year old feel welcome.

Always friendly, welcoming and accomodating. When our baby was very little they used to put us on a massive table out of the way just to give us space for a car seat, without us even asking. Numerous morning trips for breakfast - always stocked up with piping hot tasty food. Bacon is sometimes a bit hit and miss but find that with most places. Parking spaces are a bit tight but currently 3 hours free parking if you stick your reg into the tablet after you walk through the door (at time of this review). Prices have gone up but still incredibly good value for what you get and that kids get a free breakfast too!
