I just wanted to say how grateful I was for the staff today (19.9.24). I’ve never come to your chemist before and I came it quite upset and panicky because my doctors surgery sent the wrong prescription to my usual chemist, and my usual chemist don’t seem to ever have my medication either. The team went out of their way to make sure I walked away with some medication so that I was able to take it tonight. I could tell by their helpfulness that they care about their customers/patients that come in. I walked out relieved I could take my medication tonight, as it is a vital medication that I need daily. Thank you so much to the ladies and the gent that helped me I am so grateful, I’ll be returning to you guys from now on.

I first visited this chemist on the 12th July. The staff even though busy, greeted me with a smile, which for me goes a long way.
I spoke with the pharmacist who in my opinion was fantastic. I had been bitten by some sort of insect, had tried all the usual treatments but nothing worked. The pharmacist took the time to look into it, was thorough and very professional in her approach. When I left she advised me to pop back if I had any problems at my GP surgery. Unfortunately they wouldn't help as they do not deal with bites ?‍♀️ so I ended up at the UTC.
The nurse I saw there stated the pharmacist had done the right thing by referring me on & couldn't understand why my GP surgery had the policy they did, when UTC literally do the same thing as them.
Because of the service on the 12th I went back again yesterday for a sinus infection, saw the same pharmacist & even though she was extremely busy, she took the time to go through everything with me and once again gave in my opinion an exceptional service.
The other staff again were friendly, chatty & helpful.

Lovely staff always helpful and willing to go that extra mile. If you treat them with respect you get it back. If you go in guns blazing and shouting at them (which I've seen first hand) don't expect any help or compassion back. Treat others how you wish to be treated.

Apart from the odd issue always had my repeats on time and correct and after the loss of my Father who the staff knew well I am still asked how I am and how my Mum is so not only good at their job under great pressure but also compassionate

Professional, helpful. Above and beyond.
After trying two Boots chemists where the Pharmacist hadn’t turned up, I popped in here with a private prescription and even though the prescription was confusing, the staff went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Looking for alternatives for me and dealing with the whole process within 10 minutes.

Very rude and condescending i doubt that I will be going to them for my prescription any time soon very disappointed they are there to help us but I just get greeted with rudeness and ridicule

So very helpful highly recommend for prescriptions and for help the pharmacy gives you with a problem rather than trying to get a GPS appointment. I like to Thank you so much looking at my leg and telling me to go straight to the doctors. Who did see me straight away and .said it would have been a A and E appointment within 24 hours if was not treated. Thanks again

GP sends a repeat prescription to them say on the 10th and no word never answer the phone no meds... until the 25th (so contact GP again) when the practice has to contact them to force them to deliver something? This happens all the time. Its such a shame but they keep doing this. And some meds are for a serious condition and this is stress I dont need every month.
