Derek and Debbie were amazing for our wedding in August!

We started off with a great pre-wedding photoshoot a few months before and it made us extremely comfortable and at ease with both of them for our big day!

They provided both photography and videography for the whole day and took the best shots. The aerial drone footage was awesome and all the photos are perfectly taken. The photo album and video they provided of the day were brilliantly edited and everything we could’ve asked for - highly recommend!!!

Derek and Debbie helped capture and immortalise our fusion wedding spectacularly! Everything from the vibrant flower colours, through to the amazing fire performances (and other circus acts!) were captured in multiple angles, on photo, on video and put together into a superb presentation for us like we could never have imagined! The personalised USB for digital photos along with a stunning coffee table album gave both of us the way to view and relive the day which works best for us.

Above all else though, this team of A-class photographers managed to put us at ease throughout the whole day. Not being naturals in front of the camera, they helped make it feel less intrusive and overwhelming along with calming nerves in the morning by their reassuring and relaxed approach.

I would recommend them whole heartedly as they would be a perfect addition to any couple's wedding plans!

P.S. the drone photos and videos of the group are extra special! Definitely worth asking

Debbie and Derek did our wedding photography and videography for us back in September and we couldn’t have asked for more. Their attention to detail is incredible, and you can see how passionate they are with what they do!
Our pictures and video turned out better than we could’ve hoped, and a lovely little extra was that we got to meet before hand for a pre wedding shoot, it helped us feel so at ease being in front of the camera and got some gorgeous shots! We also got a highlight video back to share with family and friends or post on social media within a week of the wedding, following a couple of weeks on we received our usb with the full length video and rest of the pictures, this was incredible as you usually wait months to receive such special photos back from your big day, it really kept the wedding magic alive for that bit longer! We would highly recommend Press-play they truly are the dream team thanks a million xxxx

What can I say about these two amazing people....well, we were absolutely blown away with not only the finished results (they are incredible!) but with how amazing Derek and Debbie were from the moment we got in contact with them. Two of the most enthusiastic, positive, relaxed, thoughtful, creative and talented photographers you could wish for on your wedding day. They really did both go above and beyond for us on the day itself and with the final shots/videos. When I look back at the photos, aerial footage and videos of our wedding, I am overwhelmed every time and when I show people they are amazed too! It takes me straight back to the day itself.

I found Derek and Debbie through a recommendation and viewing the examples of their work from a friends wedding - I can honestly say I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking for a photographer.

There honestly aren't enough words in the English language to explain how brilliant Debbie and Derek are!

From the very second I answered the phone to Debbie on her introductory call, I knew this company would be the perfect fit for our wedding. Debbie's incredible energy shone through the phone from that very first moment of conversation, and her passion and attention to detail was instantly apparent through her having done her homework before calling and found out my fiancé's name so she could refer to him, and took such a genuine and excited interest in our story and our relationship. I adored Debbie from the word go and just knew I wanted her and Derek to be with us throughout our special day.

Oh my god I cannot begin to explain how perfect a decision that was - our best decision of the entire wedding by far! Our pre-wedding shoot was an absolute dream, we hit it off with Debbie and Derek instantly and became the best of friends from the first moment, they put us completely at our ease and we had so much fun. And the photos were fantastic!

On the wedding day they were an absolute dream - I just can't express how amazing they were. From the moment I saw Debbie and we ran excitedly into each other's arms, they were an integral part of our day, finding the perfect balance at all times between being a joyful addition to the event, to managing to be completely unobtrusive, capturing shots from all sorts of angles, whether you realised it or not. Everyone absolutely loved having them around and they were so lovely to all our guests! Also very helpful, helping out with bits and pieces throughout the getting ready process and the whole day.

We got 47 sneak peek photos through as we left for honeymoon less than 48 hours after the wedding, 314 photos arrived the exact moment we left the airport arriving back from our honeymoon, and our highlights video on our first night back home after it was all over - attention to detail like that is priceless and it really helped soften the blow of everything being finished. Our full photo album and full videos are just amazing and we are loving reliving everything through the film and photos over and over again. They arrived on a stunning logoed USB and in a lovely little photographic mini-book which in itself is a gorgeous touch and a keepsake.

The photos and video are stunning, and exactly what I wanted, which is bright, colourful, vibrant and full of life. They have captured the atmosphere of the day to perfection, you can actually 'hear' some of the photos! They are so vibrant, the colours are amazing, and they both have a fantastic eye for a perfect moment, the perfect backdrop, the natural and the unposed. We love the natural, unposed photos the best as they really do capture how joyful and fun the whole day was. Our whole family absolutely adores them, and for me, someone who was terrified that I might hate my wedding photos as I am horribly self-critical in photos, I am so relieved because I adore them.

I sent this message to Debbie the morning after the wedding, and I think it sums it all up rather well. We could never recommend Press Play enough.

We have just left to head off on our honeymoon, after the three most indescribable, magical days we could possibly imagine. Our wedding was beyond our wildest dreams, and to have the chance to share that with you was a privilege beyond explanation, and a memory we will cherish forever.

I know we haven’t seen all the photos yet but we just cannot get over how incredibly wonderful you both were on the day. From the second I laid eyes on you in the morning you brought such incredible joy and radiance to our day, and we genuinely absolutely adore both of you. If you are looking for wedding photography/videography then look no further!
We used Derek and Debbie at press play for our wedding on 11/6/22. We had to postpone multiple times due to the pandemic and they couldn’t have been any more accommodating to this.
The communication was second to none, as an anxious bride they reassured me at every corner.
Having them at our wedding from start to finish felt more like we had 2 extra guests instead of vendors. They were fantastic at getting beautiful shots throughout and wouldn’t stop until the perfect picture was achieved. Not only we’re they brilliant to myself and the groom, they were excellent with our guests too, including children.
Also having Derek using the drone was an extra layer of photos we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
When you have a groom that is pretty against standing around for posed pictures, both Derek and Debbie knew how to make it fun and engaged with us so we felt entirely comfortable around them and being photographed. Cannot wait to have our photos back.

Wow, what can we say... Debbie and Derek photographed and videoed our wedding day. They were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish they made us feel so at ease and they were also really fun to be around. From the moment we booked them they were just so great at communicating, answering the many questions we had. Our wedding was postponed for two years due to Covid, but Debbie and Derek continued to stay in contact with us and even offered us our pre wedding shoot on our 'should be wedding day' to make is still feel special. On our wedding day our guests commented on how fabulous they were, and how professional they were. They just blended into the background. They were so enthusiastic and experienced. Our wedding was a few weeks ago now and we've just received the photos and video back. We are absolutely blown away by how amazing it all is.
