Great customer service, the last review was done by a lady who has never used the shop before and was very aggressive and threatening towards the staff who have witnesses to prove that. The jumper in question if Val was being honest is washable and dry cleanable however this jumper was dry cleaned at the customers request and the care label was followed. Had val allowed the staff to speak and not shout over them they would have made an offer of refund for the dry cleaning as a gesture of goodwill, even though the dry cleaner was NOT at fault but customer stormed from the shop without allowing the staff to speak and threatened the staff with her husband.

I recently picked up two suits to find pink spots on the back and inside leg from a chemical stain. One suit was only six months old. I took them back and they denied all responsibility despite the fact the suits only go to an office based environment. I am starting a formal complaint and advice to get a resolution.

Instead of dry cleaning my jumper as requested they washed it and shrank it to the size of a small child I was charged full price and not offered a refund on the cleaning.
Very poor customer service !
