Last time I visited I was assisted by Sigourney who fantastic help in getting some important documents send recorded. I often send packages to friends overseas, and the staff have great expertise in making sure items are labelled properly, and which countries have specific requirements. Everyone I've spoken to or interacted with at the location has been of great help. Incredibly core service provider in the community, staffed with incredibly helpful and patient staff!

Because there are no banks now in Prestwich, we have to do our banking at this Post Office, which I hear may be closing down. This will be a huge blow to the Prestwich community if it does. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and alway go above and beyond to help. So please keep this office open for Prestwich.

I've been using this post office for years for my small business, and latterly for banking, as all the other banks and building societies in Prestwich have been closed. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I'm astounded its under threat of closure as its the incredibly busy heart of the community for lots of us

Been using this Post Office branch for years. All staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Especially customer advisor from position 1 is really brilliant, 'old-school' customer service. Recently helped me with my parcel (problem with QR code). Some time ago helped me exchange the money and also to get Post Office Travel Money Card - I'm so happy with this card! I highly recommend this branch. Thank you a lot😊

Lisa was very friendly and helpful with me to make sure my oversized package will be sent the right way .
Also I heard that this office is to be closed down in the near future but our community and Me as well would like to have this post office to be open and carry on serving everyone needs.

The staff are always so lovely here, when I have popped in I was able to get what I needed. I’ve been in many times and they are very good with letting you pop in to drop off a parcel even when they’re about to close for the day. Thank you!
