Printerland had the printer I wanted in stock and at the best price I could find. I ordered online, It was delivered (FREE!) within 24 hours (better than Amazon could offer). The email confirmation of my order offered assistance with setting up, should I need it (I didn't, but appreciated the offer). After a coupld of days, I received a very friendly follow-up email making sure the delivery was good and everything was 'up to scratch'. I call that fantastic service! Can't recommend
Printerland too highly. Brilliant. If/when I need another printer, I know where I'll be going.

I am very happy because my daughter was born. I thought it was time to start documenting how my daughter grows.My sister is just waiting for the printer to be available to print some photos. Even her kids are running around with photos because their uncle printed them and brought them I looked at reviews of several printers and the one I was looking for I found on Printerland. There were maybe 3 offers on the internet from different sellers. It is Epson Eco tank ET-18100. The best price was there from PRINTERLAND. This is my first printer I bought, I always went and asked different offices to print documents and paid a lot of money for a few sheets. Now it's over. I have my own equipment, but the best thing is that it prints high quality photos, and I can say that the printer does not cool down. This is the best equipment I have ever had and it is all thanks to PRINTERLAND. I ordered the printer at 5 pm and the next day at 1 pm the courier was at my place. Of course, right after the purchase, Mr. Matthew contacted me, confirmed the order process, Mr. Alexander helped me with registering the 5-year warranty, and Mr. John contacted me the day after the printer was delivered to see if everything went well, if the printer arrived safely and on time, if I was satisfied with the equipment, if I needed any help. Printerland certainly deserves 10 stars, but the maximum is only 5, so I give it the maximum. Yesterday I saw an advert on TV from PRINTERLAND, and I said to my wife, look, look, that's where we got this printer from. I was proud of myself. I saved on the price because it was the cheapest, the delivery was the fastest, probably the best contact with the company I have ever had after purchasing equipment, I have not yet encountered something like that, where they take such care of the customer and in my opinion this is the most important thing that the customer expects after purchasing equipment, that he invested the best money on high quality equipment from the best seller and that he has technical support from him at any time possible, and the waiting time in my case for a response from PRINTERLAND is between 3 and 30 minutes.. I think that after reading this review you will be sure of the highest quality of services provided by PRINTERLAND. PRINTERLAND YOU ARE THE BEST. Thank you very much. I will also add that I am considering another purchase, namely a scanner from Printerland.

Buying from Printerland has been a terrifically impressive experience! I placed my order on line. They called me and told me how to change my order to save money, They didn't have to do that! Then they sorted out the order and the payment. The printer I ordered came when they said it would (next business day), and their courier provided clear and accurate tracking information. Great service. I ordered a printer and the customer service got in touch to offer some advice around on going costs so I ended up with similar printer for less. Then I had timing issues on my side re delivery and they were more than helpful to work through it. Would definitely recommend and printer working great too! Strong customer service makes all the difference!

Amazing service. I didn't really have a clue what printer to buy, they helped me with the right one, at a great price with discounts and made it SIMPLE. It came within 24 hours, and Printerland checked in to ensure I was happy. Good old fashioned service, which is a rarity these days. If only I could buy everything from them!

Our previous colour laser printer died without warning and so we were looking for a prompt replacement. Printerland had exactly what we needed at the best price but it was their excellent customer service that really shone through.

We had a problem with the courier finding our address (we are hard to find!) and John was fantastically helpful. Immediately rang the courier with updated instructions, rang me back to confirm the plan. Rang the next morning to assure me it was out for delivery and a delivery time and then a follow up call the next day to confirm we were happy.

Outstanding customer service in the internet day and age where you normally struggle to even talk to a human!

Excellent company and I will definitely be using them again for the inevitable toner order when the kids empty the printer!

We found Printerland as they were the most competitively priced on a google search. I've been so impressed with their customer service. Instead of the usual no contact customer service, I received a phone call after ordering to double check I was happy with a slight change. They had the order dispatched the same day and it arrived at 9.30am the following morning, with no charge for shipping! The order was then followed up with a real person emailing to check we had received the order and were happy! Genuinely blown away with this level of service in a digital age! Five stars from us and would 100% recommend Printerland to anyone!
